Break out of your salad rut and make this tangy treat, with sparkling grapefruit sections, crunchy edamame and creamy avocado. It’s filling enough for a light vegetarian meal, or serve as a side for an Asian main course.

Camille's Dressing

This dressing is deliciously nutty and packs a lot of flavor into any meal! Our favorite use is to pair this dressing with a hearty kale salad. This recipe calls for nutritional yeast which is an inactive yeast and contains a number of essential B vitamins. It has a flavor oftentimes described as nutty and cheesy. You can find nutritional yeast in the City Market bulk section.

Butternut Squash “Mac n Cheese”

You won’t believe that there is no cheese is this recipe! Deliciously creamy, nutty and tasty. Try this vegan mac n cheese recipe featuring the ever so sweet butternut squash. Mix in your favorite hearty green veggie to pack in some extra nutrients. Kale, spinach, broccoli and peas all work well in this dish!

Roasted Mediterranean Cauliflower

Roasted Mediterranean Cauliflower is a simple yet rustic side dish dressed in a harissa-tahini sauce with fresh herbs, chopped dates and toasted pistachios for crunch, all inspired from True Food Kitchen.

Lentil Walnut Burger

This recipe can be made vegan by substituting the butter with a vegan alternative and gluten-free by using gluten-free oats.

Bean and Lentil Chili

This is a healthy spin on a traditional comfort food. Great for entertaining and packed with protein and fiber! Serve with plain Greek yogurt, cilantro, and avocado. Pair with our Gluten Free, Vegan Herb Cornbread recipe.

Peanut Sesame Noodles

Noodles with peanut sauce is a family favorite, served warm or cold. Creamy peanut sauce over noodles and veggies create an intoxicating dish that's just as good the next day, too. Substitute almond or other nut butters for those with a peanut allergy.

Fried Green Tomatoes

Make sure to choose very green, very firm tomatoes for this recipe. Once they start to turn color, they will soften and become much harder to fry. You’ll find the best green tomatoes in early July, and again at the end of August.

Blistered Cherry Tomatoes

No mushy tomatoes here! Using a quick flash of high heat, this recipe imparts a lot of flavor into the tomatoes with only a few ingredients and a short amount of time.

Goddess Bowl

Grain and noodle bowls are the way to go for simple, flexible meals. The easy tahini dressing has enough Sriracha sauce to make it exciting, but if you don't like it hot you can always cut the amount in half. Customize with your favorite cooked or shredded veggies, proteins or sauces.
