Mixed Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie

This protein packed, mixed berry smoothie is a perfect on-the-go breakfast that will keep you satisfied all morning long.

1⁄2 cup berries, mixed (frozen)
1 banana
1 cup milk, non-dairy
1⁄4 cup peanut butter, creamy (plus more for drizzle)
1⁄2 cup oats (gluten-free)
2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1⁄2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)


In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and top with chia seeds and/or a drizzle of peanut butter. Enjoy!
