These cookies have a great almond flavor and stick to your ribs. They were taught in a City Market class on healthy snacks for active lifestyles.
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, maple syrup, and brown sugar until smooth; add egg. Stir in remaining ingredients, baking soda, almonds, chocolate chips, vanilla, salt and rolled oats. Mix to combine.
Roll into small 1’’ balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
