Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic (peeled)
1 can beans, cannellini
1⁄4 cup chives
1 package artichoke (frozen quarters, de-thawed)
1 package spinach, frozen (chopped, de-thawed)
1 cup yogurt, low-fat
4 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
1 teaspoon cumin, ground
1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  salt
  black pepper

Instructions

In a food processor or blender, combine garlic, beans and chives, and process until smooth. Add artichokes, spinach, yogurt, and lemon juice. Process until the mixture is smooth. Then, add cumin and red pepper flake, and continue to blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
