Try out this simple chicken sandwich. Substitute or add in your favorite sandwich veggies like carrots or sprouts! Just remember, the key to an excellent sandwich is really good bread.
Toast bread in a toaster or in the oven until golden brown on top. Spread 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise on each slice. Remove ¼ avocado from skin and mash onto one side of bread. Place cooked chicken, 2 slices of tomato, 3 slices of cucumber, and lettuce leaf on top. Cut in half and enjoy!
