Shaved Cauliflower and Radicchio Salad

1⁄4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
1⁄4 cup honey (local)
2 tablespoons pepper, aleppo (can substitute paprika)
2 tablespoons orange juice (fresh)
2 tablespoons olive oil
  salt (to taste)
1 1⁄2 cups arugula, baby
3⁄4 cup raisins, golden
1⁄2 cup pistachios (toasted)
1⁄4 cup parsley, fresh
3 celery (stalks, thinly sliced)
1 radicchio (head, thinly sliced)
1⁄2 cauliflower (head, about 1 lb, trimmed and thinly shaved)


Whisk lemon juice, honey, Aleppo pepper, orange juice, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
