Description

Switch up your Brussels sprouts and try them raw instead of roasted! This is an easy, no-fuss recipe that adds a fun twist to your meal. 

Ingredients

Brussels sprouts (shredded)
1/2 cup
cheese, parmesan (finely grated)
1 cup
walnuts (toasted and coarsely chopped)
9 tablespoons
olive oil, extra virgin
3 tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
miso
2 teaspoons
Mustard, Dijon
   
salt (to taste)
   
black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Shred the Brussels sprouts and toss in a bowl with walnuts and grated cheese. In a small jar, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, miso, and mustard with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cover tightly with a lid and shake. Pour dressing over shredded salad and stir.
