Roasted Chickpeas

Try these crispy, crunchy roasted chickpeas with a touch of sweetness! Great as an appetizer, sprinkled in a salad, or on top of hummus! The subtle sweetness comes from the garam masala which can be found in our Bulk department.

1 Cup


15 ounces chickpeas (can, drained, rinsed and dried)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garam masala
1⁄2 teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 425°. In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garam masala and salt. Toss to evenly coat the chickpeas. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Roast for 20-30 minutes until chickpeas are nice and crispy and enjoy!
