Description

Serve these cauliflower florets hots as a side dish or as a healthy snack!

Ingredients

1  
cauliflower (medium head)
4 tablespoons
olive oil
3 cloves
garlic (minced)
   
lemon juice (juice from 1/2 lemon)
1 teaspoon
paprika, smoked
1/2 teaspoon
chili powder
1 teaspoon
turmeric, ground
1/4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
   
salt (to taste)
   
black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F.

Break the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and sprinkle with all the spices. Stir to evenly distribute.

Roast seasoned cauliflower in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until it begins to turn brown, turning occasionally.

When they are done cooking, remove them from the oven and serve hot!
