Cranberry sauce is a sure sign that the holidays are here! Try adding our classic cranberry sauce to your holiday spread—it’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser for all ages.
In a medium saucepan on medium heat, combine sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and salt. Add apple cider and stir to allow sugar to dissolve. Add ginger, shallots, cranberries, orange zest and dried spices, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Add rosemary, stir until the cranberries have softened and no liquid remains—about 15-20 minutes. Remove rosemary and cool.
