With this simple recipe, the creaminess of the mayo and mustard tone down the sharpness of the flavorful celeriac. Delicious and easy!
After slicing the celeriac in half, remove the skin. (You can use a sharp knife or a vegetable peeler. You can also rub lemon juice on the exposed side of the unused half to keep it from browning.) Cut the celeriac and apple into thin matchsticks. Mix in the remaining ingredients until everything is evenly coated.
