This dressing is deliciously nutty and packs a lot of flavor into any meal! Our favorite use is to pair this dressing with a hearty kale salad. This recipe calls for nutritional yeast which is an inactive yeast and contains a number of essential B vitamins. It has a flavor oftentimes described as nutty and cheesy. 1⁄3 cup tamari (or soy sauce)
1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
1⁄3 cup olive oil (plus 1 tbsp)
1 cup nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic (diced)
1⁄2 lemon juice (about 2 tbsp)
Combine all the ingredients except for the olive oil in a blender. Turn on the blender and slowly pour in the olive oil. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Test and adjust flavor to your preference. Enjoy!
