Have you ever wondered how to break down a chicken? Do you want to learn how to use every part of the animal and save money at the grocery store? Join us for this empowering workshop and leave “kitchen confident.” Chef Michael Clauss, Executive Chef at City Market, will demonstrate how to debone a bird and break it down into useful cuts, like thighs, wings, and breasts. He’ll then demo a simple recipe to use some of these cuts.

This class will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform, and joining instructions will be sent to participants in advance.
