Create a spread of delicious hors d’oeuvres that are rich in nutrients and perfect for party nibbles or a light lunch. In this live cook-along class, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Lili Hanft will guide you through how to prepare a variety of dishes including pâté, crackers, and canapés. All recipes are free of gluten and refined sugar and made from nutrient-dense whole foods. You will receive a shopping list and recipes ahead of time so you can cook along with the presenter.
