Botanical Beverages Series: Shrubs

Join bartender and herbalist, Jackie Bishop from Spoonful Herbals, and learn how to create a delicious (and medicinal!) drinking vinegar to mix up into your favorite beverages. Using locally harvested herbs and berries, we will start a shrub infusion for you to take home. Then, we will learn about the art of cocktail making, and mix up a mocktail that is sure to impress your friends at your next gathering! Jackie Bishop is an herbalist, educator and artist with a love for culinary crafting. She works with local non-profit, Spoonful Herbals, where she is constantly inspired by plants and enjoys incorporating them into her botanical beverages and plant-based cooking. She enjoys sharing her skills in herbalism and crafting with others in a fun, simplified lesson giving the student room and encouragement to experiment and develop their own unique ideas!
