Interested in joining the ranks of sourdough baking fans, but not sure how or where to start? Join Heike Meyer, bakeress of Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen, for a four-part livestream series on all things sourdough this fall.

Topics range from feeding and maintaining a starter culture, learning how to bake delicious cookies with sourdough, taking it to the next level with bread baking, crowning it with a delicious cake, and finally get some tips and recipes how to use all your discard sourdough.

Tune in for just one part, or join us for all four. You will be able to pick up a starter culture at City Market one week before the class series begins and the recipes will be shared before the class so you can bake along or start baking right after the class demos. Please note that the class series will not be recorded - please join us live!
