Lacto Fermented Sodas

Learn how to make refreshing homemade sodas using soda cultures that are fizzy, fun, and good for you. From sparkling cranberry-apple to zesty orange, the sky is the limit for winter flavors. If you have fruit from last summer in your freezer, this is a great use for frozen blueberries and more. Participants will take home a “ginger bug” culture to get started on their own soda adventures. Caroline Homan has taught food education for a number of years, and workshops for children remain one of her greatest joys. 

For children ages 3 and up accompanied by an adult. When registering, please select a ticket for each child attending. Accompanying adults are free and do not need a ticket.
