The Bista family came to Vermont from Nepal several years ago. In this class, Durga Bista will show us how she cooks a delicious goat meat stew, one of the family’s favorite foods that reminds them of home. If you’ve never cooked with or eaten this tasty meat before, you’re in for a treat! The Mosaic of Flavors is a series of cooking classes in partnership with the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program.
