In this class, we'll make three simple recipes that highlight pesto in delicious and unexpected ways: pesto salad dressing, pesto and tomato grits, and pesto potato salad. Come cook, share a meal, and take home the recipes. Rachel Schattman and her crew grow organic culinary herbs and vegetables at Bella Farm in Monkton.
