Ingredients
1 cup
apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup
honey 3 tablespoons
garlic 3 tablespoons
onion 3 tablespoons
ginger, fresh (peeled) 3 tablespoons
horseradish 1
cayenne pepperInstructions
Put the onion, garlic, ginger, and horseradish in a mason jar. Add chiles (whole or chopped) and stir. Pour vinegar over the top of mixture and cap with a plastic lid or wax paper/plastic wrap under a metal lid (to prevent corrosion). Let sit for 2 weeks, shaking daily.
Strain w/ cheesecloth, squeezing, to get all the goodness out! Add the honey.
Take about 1/2 -1 teaspoon every hour while sick -- Will keep about 2 years if in a cool, dry place.
