1 pound radish (washed and quartered)
2 tablespoons olive oil
  salt (to taste )
  black pepper (to taste)


Preheat oven to 450F. Toss radishes in olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread out on baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through. Enjoy atop salad or as a tasty side dish.
