Peanut Sauce

Use this sauce as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or in a chicken or veggie stir-fry. It’s so easy to whip up. You can adjust all of the ingredients to your taste.

1 Cups


1⁄4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons chili sauce, sweet
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons tamari
1 tablespoon sriracha
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 lime juice
  cilantro, fresh


Combine all ingredients together and whisk vigorously with a fork until it is smooth and all ingredients are combined. Serve as a dip or pour into a stir fry. Top with fresh cilantro.
