Packed with flavor, mix up your go-to grilling rub with this Montreal inspired steak seasoning. Spice mix can be stored for up to a month in a Mason jar or air tight container.
Combine peppercorn, mustard seed, fennel seed, and coriander seed. Grind in a mortar and pestle or coarse grind in a spice grinder. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl and add the remaining spices. Ready to use.
