Honey Whipped Cream

Treat yourself (and your guests), with this unique twist on whipped cream! Delicious on any pie, cake or crumble. If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can do this by hand with a whisk, but be warned it will take quite a bit of muscle and time to achieve nice, soft peaks.

4 Cups


1 pint heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla


In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, honey and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, whisk ingredients until soft peaks form, about 5 minutes. Use a spatula to stir whipped cream a few times, making sure you scrape the bottom of the bowl making sure all ingredients are combined. Cover and place in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat!
