This crunchy salad is a customer favorite from our Deli Department!
Wash and prepare the vegetables. Mix the dressing ingredients together starting with the rice wine vinegar in a blender or food processor. Toss the vegetables with some of the dressing adding enough that the veggies are well coated (This recipe will make over a cup of dressing so you’ll have some left over for use on future salads.) Top with roasted peanuts and serve.
