Ingredients

4 tablespoons oats
2 teaspoons lavender, dried
2 teaspoons licorice root
2 tablespoons lemon balm

Instructions

Pour hot water over the oats and herbs in a quart mason jar and shake well. Let infuse for at least 30 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
