Try using the shredded coconut found in our Bulk Department with this delicious fish entree.
Beat 1 egg and dash of milk together. Combine coconut and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Dip tilapia in egg mixture and coat thoroughly with breadcrumb mix.
Bake in 350 F degree oven for 12 minutes, or until flaky.
