2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 bunch bok choy
1 teaspoon ginger, fresh
1 clove garlic
1⁄2 tablespoon sesame oil, toasted

Instructions

Remove any discolored outer stalks of bok choy and place in colander, rinse with cool water, rubbing any dirt from between leaves. Pat leaves dry, trim ends and slice each leaf in half lengthwise. Cook the bok choy leaves in a large pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain in a colander.
