Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 avocado
1 lime
1⁄2 onion, red
1⁄4 bell pepper, red
3 pepper, jalapeño
1 tomato
1 tablespoon cilantro
2 cloves garlic
  salt
  black pepper

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, toss the diced avocado with the lime juice and olive oil.

Stir in remainder of ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over cooked shrimp as a cocktail sauce, with shrimp tostadas or with your favorite veggie or chips.
