Job Summary
Burlington Summer Farmers Market:
Volunteers are needed Saturdays between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm to help with the setup and break down of the market, counting market attendees, and checking in with vendors. Please note heavy lifting is involved for the first and last shifts of the day. The 2026 Burlington Summer Farmers Market runs every Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM from May 9th - October 31st. Volunteer opportunities with the 2026 Burlington Summer Farmers Market will be coming soon!
Burlington Winter Market Opportunity:
Volunteers are needed Saturdays between 7:30am and 2:00pm at the Burlington Winter Farmers Market, located at the Burlington Beer Company. Volunteer opportunities include but are not limited to helping load vendors in and out, counting customers, supporting the market manager as/when needed, and with the setup and breakdown of the market. Please note some heavy lifting is involved for the first and last shifts of the day as well as spending short periods of time outside in winter temperatures.
The 2025-2026 Burlington Winter Farmers Market runs twice a month, 10 AM to 1 PM from November to April. Sign up for a shift for the winter market here.
