Always wanted to try your hand at making fresh pasta, but unsure where to start? Join Chef Jason Gelrud as he demos how he makes fresh pappardelle pasta from scratch, no pasta roller required! He’ll also show us how to make a pink sauce with tomato, cream, and cheese that can be easily customized to suit your tastes.
This class will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform, and a recipe handout/joining instructions will be sent to participants in advance.
