After preparing their smoked nuts for years to serve at catering events, Bon Temps Gourmet decided to start packaging them up to sell wholesale. Using West Worcester Woodfired as the brand name, the nuts (a mix of almonds, cashews, pecans and walnuts) are smoked, roasted, then tossed with our smoked chile oil, Vermont honey, salt, herbs and spices. They have a hint of smokiness, a little sweetness, and a bit of spiciness. Come by our South End Location on Friday, December 1 to try them out.
