Join Audrey Bernstein as she shows us how to make a show-stopping winter dinner: chicken Marbella! Audrey has been a private chef, founded Blue Bird Bakery in Los Angeles creating cakes and cupcakes for the Hollywood elite, had a cooking series on her previous lifestyle website Oh-Audrey, and is the founder of Poker Hill Flower Farm in Underhill, VT.
Class will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform, and recipes/joining instructions will be sent to participants in advance.
