Intervale Cooking Series: Spatchcocked Chicken with Chef Jason

Join Chef Jason Gelrud as he demos how to spatchcock a chicken for a fast grilled meal! We’ll also work together to make a vegetable side to complete our dinner.

This class will be held outdoors at the Intervale Center—please wear layers and close-toed shoes, and bring bug spray, sunscreen, a water bottle, or whatever else you’ll need to be comfortable. Face coverings are encouraged for those who haven’t completed their vaccination cycle.
