It's We <3 Local month at the Co-op! Join Chef Jason Gelrud as he demos his chicken roulades using an abundance of local ingredients. He'll pair them with a maple sweet potato side dish for a complete meal that’s fast, easy, and delicious, perfect for a cozy winter dinner that supports local farmers!
This virtual class will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform, and joining instructions will be emailed out to participants.
