Join us for the next installment of our Intervale cooking series! Chef Jason Gelrud will show us how he makes his Lamb Arayas (grilled spiced lamb pita burgers). We’ll help prepare an Israeli yogurt sauce and a cooling tomato, cucumber, and red onion salad to serve with the burgers. This is a great summer grilling recipe, and we’re excited to share it with you! This class will be held outdoors at the Intervale; please wear close-toed shoes and bring whatever you need to be comfortable outdoors (clothing layers, sunscreen, bugspray, sunglasses, etc.).
