Herb Walk with Katherine Elmer at UVM

Come take a guided walk through the UVM campus, learning to identify common medicinal plants pushing their way through our everyday natural surroundings. Katherine Elmer was trained at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism and currently practices at the Burlington Herb Clinic at the Railyard Apothecary in Burlington, VT. She is the co-founder of Spoonful Herbals and a lecturer of Herbal Medicine at the University of Vermont and the UVM Medical Center Program in Integrative Health. This walk will be held rain or shine, unless the weather is severe. Please bring appropriate layers and bug spray, if needed. Park in the Jeffords lot on the UVM campus and meet Katherine under the water tower near Jeffords.
