As we head back to school and work schedules, and the season starts to shift, we may notice our energy dipping at inopportune times. There are some easy things you can do to help keep your energy levels stable through the day, so that you can feel your best. This class will teach you how to keep that energy balanced and prevent those afternoon lulls. Learn about healthy snacks, improving digestion and managing caloric needs.
