Kimchi is an amazing ingredient to have on hand in the kitchen – with three basic starter recipes, you’ll be able to create dozens of delicious meals with whatever seasonal ingredients you have on hand. We'll start by replicating the dish that launched the Korean food craze in North America - the Korean taco!  Then we'll explore the versatility of kimchi in two more recipes – kimchi stew and kimchi fried rice. You’ll also learn how to make Korean BBQ’d beef (bulgogi) with local, grassfed beef to use in the recipes above. When not making “Michelle's Spicy Kimchi,” Michelle Guenard pursues her first passion - growing and preserving vegetables, berries, and fruit on “Creaky Knees Farm” in Craftsbury Common.
