We all love berries, but wouldn’t you love to have ideas for what to do with them besides eating them by the handful, making crisps, and freezing a few for a snowy day? We’re getting together with Adam Haumsann of Adam’s Berry Farm to sample his famous frozen berry granitas and popsicles and learn how they’re made. We’ll also make a batch of his favorite berry vinegar for everyone to take home. Adam grows 20 varieties of strawberries, 10 varieties of blueberries, 4 varieties of raspberries, and 3 varieties of grapes at his organic berry farm in the Intervale.
