Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Mustard, Dijon (whole grain, plus 2 Tbsp smooth)
2 tablespoons beer, dark ale
1 tablespoon shallot
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

Combine and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
