Open Farm Week: Health Hero Farm and Snow Farm Vineyard Wine Tasting

Continue your Open Farm Week celebrations with a trip to the beautiful Champlain Islands! Get to know the hard-working famers in your community and see where some of Vermont’s delicious local food and wine comes from! We will first visit Health Hero Farm for an interactive farm tour. Then, we will go just down the road to Snow Farm Vineyard for a wine tasting and local cheese pairing. Participants should meet at City Market promptly at 12:15pm in the outdoor seating area, where we will take a van and travel as a group. This tour is a great opportunity to experience some great local products, enjoy the Vermont scenery, and appreciate our hard-working farms. We will be leaving City Market promptly at 12:30pm, so we ask that participants arrive early. The price of the tour includes the wine tasting and light refreshments. Participants are welcome to bring a bag lunch with them for the drive.
