A great appetizer for family gatherings or potlucks. Make it up to 4 days ahead of time.
In a food processor or blender, mince garlic, add beans and chives, and process until smooth. Add artichokes, spinach, yogurt, and lemon juice. Process until the mixture is smooth. Then, add cumin and red pepper flake, and continue to blend. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
