These portobella burgers are great for the grill. They're a tasty option for a vegan or vegetarian-friendly BBQ... and delicious enough that even the meat-eaters will want one!
Cut the stems off the portabella caps. Whisk together the rest of the ingredients in a 9x13 baking pan. Marinate the portabella caps in the vinegar marinade for 30 minutes to a few hours. Preheat the grill or a skillet on the stove. Grill the mushrooms on both sides for 5 to 8 minutes until tender, brushing with marinade frequently. Serve on a hamburger roll with lettuce, tomato, and desired condiments.
