This recipe is great as a side or a main dish.
Peel and grate carrots. Peel apple, remove core, and grate. Cut open celeriac and grate. In a mixing bowl, combine oil, vinegar, yogurt, and maple syrup or honey. Stir well. Add grated carrots and apple. Stir again. Top with cheese.
