Description

This can be enjoyed on toast, mixed with tamari and used as a marinade, mixed with miso and eaten on crackers, or taken by the teaspoon during cold and flu season.

Ingredients

1/4 cup
ginger, fresh
1/4 cup
garlic
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
1 cup
honey

Instructions

Mix the following ingredients and put in a jar. Keep on the counter for a week (the mixture should become jam-like) and then strain and refrigerate, using as needed.
