Description

This can be enjoyed on toast, mixed with tamari and used as a marinade, mixed with miso and eaten on crackers, or taken by the teaspoon during cold and flu season.

Ingredients

1/4 cup
ginger root
1/4 cup
garlic
1 pinch
cayenne, powdered
1 cup
honey

Instructions

Mix the following ingredients and put in a jar. It should become a jam like consistency. Keep on the counter for a week and then strain and refrigerate, or it can be kept in the refrigerator as is throughout the cold seasons.
