Chilled Zucchini Yogurt Soup

This soup would be great paired with a spicy main dish!

Ingredients

1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  salt
2 zucchini (medium sized)
1 onion
  dill, fresh (to taste)
1 1⁄2 cups yogurt, plain

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the dill in a food processor. Puree to desired consistency. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Add the dill and serve.
