An easy stir-fry for a weeknight, this dish is satisfying and delicious.
Sauté the onions in the peanut oil until they are translucent. Add the garlic and ginger. Add the broccoli and cook until almost tender. Add the tofu and cook a few minutes more until the tofu is lightly browned. Add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, molasses and cayenne. Stir carefully to combine. Serve over rice, garnished with chopped peanuts, or cilantro.
