We are happy to order case lots of items for our customers and offer a 10% discount on case lot purchases.

All items ordered must be picked up and paid for at the store within two weeks of notification of their arrival. For returns, cases must be unopened and unmixed.

The easiest way to make a special order is to ask at the Customer Service desk.

Sale Items

Special order discount on a sale item depends on the availability of the product at the sale cost.

Wellness Department

All special orders must be made at the Wellness counter.

Meat and Seafood Department

All special orders must be made by the case at the meat counter. Staff members are happy to help.

Beer and Wine Department

Love a bottle of wine and want to bring home more than one? You are in luck. We offer a 10% discount everyday on six bottles or more. Plus we'd be happy to special order a wine or beer. Please ask for the Wine Buyer next time you are in the Co-op.

Bulk Department

Special orders must be ordered in the quantities that we receive them. (example coffee 5lb) Bulk items are priced by the pound.

Produce Department

Produce orders must be ordered in the quantity we receive them. All special orders must be made within the Produce department.

Bakery Department

Minimum 12 loaves bread with minimum 2 day business notice depending on vendor.
