Spice up dinner with the flavors of Ethiopia and Eritrea! This class will be taught by Mulu Tewelde, who came to Vermont from Eritrea in 2006 and enjoys sharing her knowledge and love of Eritrean and Ethiopian cooking. For this livestream class, Mulu will demo her Yasa Tibs, a sautéed fish stew with the flavors of lime and berbere, as well as a fresh vegetable salad for a side.

This demo class will be held on the Microsoft Teams platform, and a recipe handout and joining instructions will be sent to participants in advance.
